Delete your data
How to remove your Siren.Audio account and personal data — including accounts you created with Facebook, Google, or Apple sign-in.
Two ways to close your account
You're always in control of your data. You can either deactivate (a reversible pause) or permanently delete (irreversible erasure). Both start from the same place in your account settings.
Deactivate — reversible
Hides your account, library, reviews, and profile, and signs you out. Nothing is erased. Any active subscription is cancelled so you aren't billed. Reactivate anytime by signing back in — your library, credits, and settings return exactly as you left them.
Permanently delete — irreversible
Erases your personal data (name, email, profile, saved payment connection, and any linked Facebook / Google / Apple sign-in) and removes your account for good. This cannot be undone. Past order and payment records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires, and are anonymised — stripped of your name and email — so they can no longer be tied to you.
Do it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in at siren.audio/login — if you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple, use that same button to sign in.
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Scroll to Close account and choose Deactivate account or, under the expander, permanently delete my account and data.
Can't sign in? Request it by email
If you can no longer access your account — for example you removed Siren.Audio from your Facebook settings and can't sign in — email us from the address on your account and we'll handle the deletion for you:
Include the name or email on the account. We verify ownership before acting, then confirm by email once it's done — normally within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You can also reach us via our contact form.
